Kansas State forward Arthur Kaluma plans to enter the transfer portal, sources told ESPN.

Kaluma had already declared for the NBA draft and he will continue to go through the draft process, sources said, but is open to collegiate options as well.

The deadline to submit paperwork to enter the transfer portal is 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1.

A 6-foot-7 forward, Kaluma had the best season of his career in 2023-24 under Jerome Tang. He averaged 14.4 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists, shooting 34.5% from 3-point range – career-highs across the board.

He had 26 points and nine rebounds in a December win over Villanova; 28 points and 10 boards in a win over BYU in late February; and 23 points and seven rebounds in an upset of Iowa State in the regular season finale.

Kaluma earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors.

He went through the NBA draft and transfer portal processes last spring, when he left Creighton for Kansas State after two seasons. At the time, he chose the Wildcats over Kentucky and Alabama.

Kaluma averaged 11.1 points and 5.7 rebounds in two seasons at Creighton.
