Florida Atlantic center Vladislav Goldin is withdrawing from the NBA draft and committing to Michigan, sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski on Monday.

Goldin played for new Michigan coach Dusty May at FAU, helping lead the Owls to the 2023 Final Four.

One of the best centers in the portal, Goldin averaged 15.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.6 blocks this past season, ranking third nationally in field goal percentage after shooting 67.3% from the floor. He finished the season in dominant fashion, averaging 19.5 points and 7.2 rebounds over his final 11 games.

During his breakout season in 2022-23, Goldin put up 10.2 points and 6.5 rebounds.

Originally from Russia, Goldin earned second-team All-AAC honors after being named third-team All-Conference USA in 2023.

Goldin becomes the eighth Michigan commitment since May took over for Juwan Howard in late March. He joins transfers Danny Wolf (Yale), Roddy Gayle Jr. (Ohio State), Tre Donaldson (Auburn), Rubin Jones (North Texas) and Sam Walters (Alabama), as well as high school recruits Justin Pippen and Lorenzo Cason.
