NBA

By now, you’ve likely heard rumblings of a top 2023 NBA draft prospect by the name of Victor Wembanyama. If not, allow us to introduce you to the 7-foot-4 phenom with an 8-foot wingspan who is projected to be the No. 1 pick come June.

Wembanyama was back in action Saturday — and he did not disappoint.

Wemby’s team, Paris-based Metropolitans 92, pulled out the 95-92 overtime win on the road vs. JL Bourg-en-Bresse. Wembanyama recorded a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds in the victory. From his power and finesse to his clutch defense (5 blocks), there was no shortage of highlight-worthy plays.

Yeah, he’s good.

Metropolitans 92 is 5-1 on the season. For their next game, Wemby & Co. will be back home to take on Limoges next Friday at 3:30 p.m. ET.
