Arizona WR McMillan announces he’ll enter draft

Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan has announced his intention to enter the 2025 NFL draft.

McMillan made his announcement Thursday in an Instagram post, writing that “it’s time to take the next step. … This is only the beginning.”

A preseason All-American, McMillan is ranked by ESPN’s Mel Kiper as the No. 2 WR prospect for the draft. and No. 11 overall.

A 6-foot-5, 212-pound junior, McMillan exploded out of the gate this season, setting a new school record with 304 receiving yards and four touchdowns on 10 catches in the Wildcats’ season-opening 61-39 win over New Mexico.

After emerging as one of college football’s most dominant playmakers in 2023 with 90 catches for 1,402 yards (fifth-most in the FBS) and 10 touchdowns, McMillan had 84 catches for 1,319 yards and eight touchdowns this season.

Arizona finished with a 4-8 record.
