Colorado-Kansas: Takeaways, highlights from KU’s third straight ranked upset

The Colorado Buffaloes were poised to reach the Big 12 championship and get one step closer to the College Football Playoff, but the Kansas Jayhawks, the Big 12’s giant killer, stood in their way.

The Jayhawks first beat undefeated Iowa State, then unbeaten BYU. Behind Devin Neal‘s 287 total yards and four touchdowns, KU bullied Colorado. The Buffaloes are not out of the Big 12 title race, however. A win next week against Oklahoma State, and some help, could still see CU play for the title.
