Eagles downgrade star WR Brown to out for MNF

The Philadelphia Eagles have downgraded star wide receiver A.J. Brown to out for Monday night’s game against the Atlanta Falcons.

The team made the announcement on Sunday, a day after it had listed Brown as questionable for the game.

Brown had five catches for 119 yards and a touchdown in the Eagles’ season-opening victory over the Green Bay Packers in Brazil last week.

The status of another Eagles wide receiver, Johnny Wilson, also is in question for Monday night. Wilson is listed as questionable, also with a hamstring injury.
