The high school basketball season has arrived.

Columbus (FL) grabs the top spot in the first team rankings. Led by Duke commits Cameron Boozer (2025 ESPN 100 No. 2) and Cayden Boozer (2025 ESPN 100 No. 17), the Explorers are looking to build on a 28-win season a year ago. The team also boasts major talent among its junior class with Caleb Gaskins (2026 ESPN 60 No. 10) and Jaxon Richardson (2026 ESPN 60 No. 28).

Link Academy comes in at No. 2 in the country with a loaded roster featuring six ESPN ranked prospects, led by top-10 big man Chris Cenac Jr. (2-25 ESPN 100 No. 7).

Long Island Lutheran, Montverde Academy and Prolific Prep round out the top five — three programs that all earned trips to the Chipotle Nationals last season. Montverde ultimately won the event defeating Paul VI 79-63 in the title game.

Houston commit Kingston Flemings (2025 ESPN 100 No. 21) had a game-winning dunk Saturday night to lift his San Antonio Brennan (TX) squad over Dynamic Prep (TX) 88-86, helping land the Bears at No. 21 in the inaugural rankings for this season.
