GREEN BAY, Wis. – The first pick-six of Kerby Joseph‘s NFL career happened at Lambeau Field on Sunday.

With 42 seconds left before halftime, the Detroit Lions safety intercepted a short right pass from Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love before jetting into the end zone for a 27-yard touchdown.

It was Love’s 10th interception of the season. He’s thrown at least one in all seven games he’s played in this season.

Joseph is the first Lions player to record a pick-six at Green Bay since 1979 and he now has six interceptions on the season, which are the most by a Lions player in the first 8 games of a season since Kurt Schulz (6) in 2000. Detroit entered halftime with a 17-3 edge over Green Bay.
