The dreams of 58 young men who hear their names called at the NBA draft will come true on Wednesday and Thursday.
However, what the young stars wear for the memorable occasion will stamp a lifelong memory with the style and creativity they’ll soon bring to the league.
Alex Sarr, the 7-foot power forward from France, is projected to be selected by the Washington Wizards with the No. 2 pick in ESPN’s latest mock draft. His draft look serves as a symbol of appreciation.
“I just want it to look good but, something that [I] can look back on 20 years from now and still think it looks good,” Sarr said.
Sarr donned a double-breasted tan suit, adding “Moma” on the inside of the jacket as a tribute to his parents and brother for supporting him on his basketball journey.
