PSU approves $700M Beaver Stadium renovation

Penn State’s board of trustees approved a renovation to Beaver Stadium on Tuesday worth up to $700 million.

The renovation is expected to be completed before the 2027 season. The school said the project will be financed and paid for through fundraising, concessions, sponsorships and ticket sales.

Beaver Stadium, Penn State’s home field since 1960, is the second-largest college football stadium in the country, with a seating capacity of 106,572.
