Tracking NFL free agency: Updates on every signing, trade, cut and rumor

NFL

With the combine behind us, the NFL is turning the page to 2024 free agency. Teams can begin legal negotiations with free agents next Monday, March 11 at 12 p.m. ET, and players can officially be signed by new teams on Wednesday, March 13 at 4 p.m. ET with the start of the new league year. But we’ll see some more franchise tags (until Tuesday’s deadline of 4 p.m.), re-signings and extensions before we even reach free agency, and there’s always the potential for a trade.

So we are tracking all of the action, including signings, notable trades, cap-saving releases and more. Who will get the tag? What teams will land top free agents Chris Jones and Kirk Cousins? Which players could be released and hit the market? Here’s all the latest moves, rumors and news.
