The royal couple is in Boston for the Earthshot Prize, a competition aimed at tackling climate change. It is their first visit to the United States in eight years.

“Catherine and I are delighted to be back in the United States and are extremely grateful to Governor Baker and The First Lady of Massachusetts for their warm welcome into Boston,” Prince William said in a statement.

The last NBA game they attended was a Cleveland Cavaliers versus Brooklyn Nets game at Barclays Center on Dec. 8, 2014.
