NBA champion and Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love and Canadian model Kate Bock walked the aisle this past weekend in New York City — in a glamorous, Great Gatsby-themed wedding.

Bock and Love got engaged in January 2021 after dating for nearly five years. And it was their own photographer who matched them.

Allan Zepeda, the photographer who captured the newlyweds’ special day, was also responsible for introducing the two back in 2015 when they both individually had photoshoots in New York with him at the same time.

“It was everything. The ceremony was perfect, the venue glowed, the guests were endless smiling and we couldn’t have felt more loved. We only wish we could have lived through every moment for longer,” Bock wrote on Instagram after the wedding.

Former Cavaliers teammate LeBron James was in attendance accompanied by his wife Savannah, agent Rich Paul, and Grammy award-winning singer Adele.

“Congrats once again to you and your beautiful wife,” James wrote on Instagram commenting about Love’s wedding.

According to Vogue Magazine, Cavaliers teammate Darius Garland and Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson, who was a teammate of Love from 2018-2019, were also in attendance. Members of the 2016 Cavaliers finals team J.R. Smith, Richard Jefferson, Channing Frye and James Jones were also seen at the ceremony. In addition, Los Angeles Lakers guard Russell Westbrook made an appearance with his wife Nina at the event. Love and Westbrook were college teammates at UCLA back in 2008.

“Everything from the location and the children’s gospel choir that sang during the ceremony to the sea of black and white tuxes and dresses and Kate — a vision coming down the stairs — made for an unreal and unforgettable experience,” Love told Vogue.
