Kentucky WR coach Bouknight charged with DUI

Kentucky wide receivers coach Jovon Bouknight was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Saturday.

Bouknight was also charged with possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and driving 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, according to Kenton County public records.

He is scheduled to appear in court on May 14.

Bouknight, 37, was hired in March 2020 after one season as receivers coach at Oregon.

He previously served as an assistant at Texas Tech and Utah State.
