‘It was aight’: Anthony Edwards posterizes, then downplays his epic dunk

NBA

Minnesota Timberwolves rookie Anthony Edwards might have ended any discussion about the best dunk of the NBA season when he soared over Toronto Raptors forward Yuta Watanabe.

“It was aight,” Edwards said during a postgame interview following Minnesota’s 86-81 loss. “I don’t really care about the dunk, I was just hoping we were gonna win.”

Edwards had reason to not overhype his dunk, he was 3-for-14 shooting overall with 7 points and the Timberwolves made just 23.7% of their shots. However, an amazing dunk is an amazing dunk.
