No fans at Bucks home games to start season

NBA

Basketball fans in Wisconsin will have to cheer for their Milwaukee Bucks from inside the house instead of at the Fiserv Forum, at least for the start of the 2020-21 season.

The Bucks announced Monday that fans won’t be permitted to attend home games until further notice, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

“The health and safety of fans, players, coaches, and the team and arena staff are the organization’s top priorities,” the team said in a release.

Milwaukee will revisit the opportunity for a potential return at a later date, with the season set to start Dec. 22.
