The troubles continue for former four-time world champion Adrien Broner, who was arrested on Friday night in Miami on DUI charges.
TMZ.com first reported that the 30-year-old Broner was pulled over at 8:45 p.m. and arrested by police who believed he was under the influence. He was taken into custody and his bond was set at $1,000.
The troubled Broner, who has a professional mark of 33-4-1 (24 KOs), last fought on Jan. 19, 2019, when he lost a 12-round decision to Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas.
Since that point, he has made more headlines outside the ring. In December, he was ordered to pay $830,000 to a woman who had accused him of unwanted physical contact at a Cleveland nightclub in 2018.
